Main terms of financing

The main terms of financing are:

 

  • term of the Agreement

ERSTE GROUP IMMORENT Ukraine offers financing for up to 10 and 15 years for lending and leasing respectively. The prolongation of Agreement give you the additional privilege – reduction of monthly payments.

  • periodicity of leasing payments

You can pay leasing payments monthly, quarterly or once in a half year. This term depends on the type of enterprise and your cashflow.

  • guarantees

To secure the process we demand guarantors and additional guarantees (from parent or sister company and so on)

  • fee

Fee corresponds to 1% of financing volume and is to cover all expenses bearing by the Lender for preparation of the Project.

  • financing volume

70% of evaluation of the Object (for refinancing) and 50% of project budget (for project development)

  • financing limits

EURO 3-50 Mio.  per separate project
